Jill Barnstable

Jill is a registered psychologist who is devoted to the process of lifelong growth and learning. She embraced various life experiences before formally opting for a career in psychology. Her diverse background has helped to shape her into a down-to-earth and sincere professional whose knowledge is grounded in real-life experiences, making her a relatable and effective companion in your therapeutic journey.

Driven by relentless curiosity Jill continues to grow her psychological knowledge to support her clients in their journeys. Her approach to therapy uses evidence-based treatments tailored to individual needs. Jill has expanded her therapeutic skills with the Professional Association for Equine Facilitated Wellness (Pro-EFW) and is excited to bring equine-assisted mental health interventions to her clients in June 2024.

Outside of work, Jill is often coaching one of her kids’ basketball teams. She also enjoys refreshing her mind by running outdoors and cherishing any available downtime with her two-legged and four-legged loved ones.
